Vehicle integration

The Maestro vehicle integration doesn't work as it was explained to me.

The telephone functions on the steering wheel, in particular, don't work as they used to, if at all.

I am unable to answer a call, or hang up using the steering wheel controls. Also, the telephone mode on the centre display shows a status of 'Incoming call' with an option to Reject the call even though there is no incoming call and the status cannot be cleared.

I have advised Simon from MOB about this issue but nothing has been done and the response appears to be, and I paraphrase, that 'that's just the way it is and nothing can be done' which is just the completely wrong response.

The phone functions were critical to my decision to purchase the system as it is now illegal to operate a mobile phone whilst driving.

If I was told that I would lose that functionality, I would not have purchased the system at all.
