Blackair Loaded

The BlackAir Vented enclosure is loaded with the BlackAir 10” or BlackAir 12” Subwoofer, an engineering masterpiece of subwoofer design known for it’s perfect balance of power and precision.

a) The front gasket is made from high quality machined aluminum for a high-end aesthetic to complement the bold yellow fiberglass cone design.

b) The BlackAir’s striking yellow cone was designed using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for optimum rigidity to weight ratio, the hybrid woofer cone is made from an absorbing polypropelyne and fiberglass. The result is increased depth and clarity of bass.

c) The BlackAir’s dual progressive poly-glass spiders provide control and stability of the woofer cone whilst minimizing weight.

d) Whilst traditional rubber surrounds will have different suspension characteristics at the extreme ends of excursion; The BlackAir features a specially developed foam rubber multi-roll surround allowing much better linearity throughout the subwoofers excursion range.

e) The angular torsion basket provides rigidity and support for the motor and moving parts of the subwoofer. The 5 vented arms of the torsion basket cradle the coil and allow it to breathe cool air when in motion.

f) The subwoofer motor was designed using FEMM (Finite Element Method Magnetics) giving linear flux saturation and low distortion, to ensure great sound quality. Using FEMM we can use the maximum magnetic force of the magnet to drive the cone.

The N Wedge

The unique mix of shapes and angles in the N Wedge Pro design combine to make an enclosure that fits perfectly into your boot (trunk), with a smaller footprint to take up less space. The N Wedge Pro design minimizes standing waves by strategically dissipating them off the enclosure walls, ensuring they are not reflected back into the subwoofer for overall better bass performance.

When used with Port Plugs the 2nd Generation N-Wedge Pro design eliminates the negative effects which sealed enclosures have on subwoofer performance by dissipating the rear wave of the subwoofer to ensure tight, accurate bass.

It’s all in the details

The amplifier features both high level and low level inputs for maximum compatibility. The high level input allows direct connection to the speaker output on your car’s headunit for an easy installation.

The included remote control can be used to adjust frequency and gain, allowing you to tune the system from your listening position without having to continually adjust settings on the amplifier.

VIBE’s patented A.R.B.S.S. (Anti Resonance Bass Support System) helps to reduce vibrations and enclosure resonance. Anti-VIBE feet further deaden vibrations ensuring bass is the only thing you hear.
